The Rules of the Road

We'll keep this in plain English. These are the terms you agree to when you use sparkpix.ai. If something here is unclear, just email us and we'll explain.

1. Accepting These Terms

By using sparkpix.ai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, that's fine — but please don't use the service. If you're using sparkpix.ai on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for them.

2. What sparkpix.ai Does

sparkpix.ai is a generative AI image editor. You describe what you want, and the AI regenerates the relevant parts of your image. That includes things like:

• • Background swap, object removal, and adding objects
• • Relighting, repose, outfit and hair changes
• • Style transfer (anime, Ghibli, oil painting, and more)
• • Old photo restoration and colorization
• • Text-to-image and image-to-image generation

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure — use a strong password and don't share your login. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, let us know right away. You can use a lot of our tools without an account, but some features need you to sign in.

4. Who Owns the Images

Your uploads stay yours. Uploading a photo doesn't give us any ownership of it. We process it to create your result and then delete the original (see our Privacy Policy).

Your results are yours too. To the extent we can grant it, you own the images you generate with sparkpix.ai, and you're free to use them however you like — personal or commercial projects, social media, print, products, client work, whatever. No extra license needed.

The one thing we ask: only upload images you actually have the right to use. If you upload someone else's copyrighted photo, a brand logo you don't own, or a picture of a person who hasn't agreed to it, that's on you — not us.

5. Using the Service Fairly

To keep sparkpix.ai safe for everyone, don't use it to create or upload content that:

• • Is illegal, or infringes someone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• • Is sexually explicit, especially anything involving minors (zero tolerance)
• • Is designed to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate a real person
• • Contains malware, or tries to break, overload, or abuse our systems

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without a refund.

6. Credits & Payments

Most editing tools run on credits. New accounts get a few free credits to start, and you can buy more whenever you need them. We handle payments through Stripe and PayPal — we never see or store your full card number.

Purchased credits don't expire on a daily basis — they stay in your account until you use them. Credits are consumed the moment the AI processes your request.

Credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Because each generation incurs real compute cost the instant it runs, we can't refund credits once they've been spent — including cases where you're unhappy with how a particular AI result turned out. This is the nature of generative AI: results vary, and a completed generation is a delivered service. If something clearly broke on our end (you were charged but got no result), or a refund is required by law, that's different — email us and we'll make it right. Any refund we do grant applies only to your remaining unused credit balance.

7. About AI-Generated Results

sparkpix.ai uses AI models to generate images. That means results can vary, and we can't guarantee a specific outcome, perfect accuracy, or that two people won't generate something similar. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Treat the output as a creative tool — review it before you rely on it for anything important.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, sparkpix.ai and its suppliers aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. If we're ever found liable for something, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the product evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where it matters, give you a heads-up. Continuing to use sparkpix.ai after a change means you accept the updated terms.
