Look, we know privacy policies are usually written in confusing legal-speak that nobody actually reads. We're going to try something different here — we'll explain what we do with your data in plain English. If you have questions after reading this, just email us.
Just your email address. That's it. We use it to let you log in and to send you important stuff like password resets or payment receipts. We won't spam you with marketing emails unless you specifically ask for them.
Here's how it works: you upload a photo, our AI processes it, you get your edited image, and then we delete your original upload. We keep the edited result in your gallery so you can download it later, but that's tied to your account and only you can see it.
Important: We don't use your personal photos to train our AI models. Your family pictures, your product shots, your selfies — they stay yours and aren't fed into any machine learning system.
We use Stripe and PayPal to handle payments. We never see or store your full credit card number — that's all handled by them. We just get a confirmation that you paid so we can add credits to your account.
Like pretty much every website, we collect some basic analytics — things like which pages people visit, what browsers they use, roughly where they're located (country level, not your home address). This helps us figure out what's working and what needs fixing. We use this data in aggregate, meaning we look at trends across all users, not at individual behavior.
We don't sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. We do work with a few services to keep things running:
These services have their own privacy policies and are required to handle your data responsibly.
You can:
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how people use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features (like staying logged in) won't work properly.
We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypt sensitive data, and follow industry best practices. That said, no system is 100% secure. We do our best, but we also recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.
This service is meant for people 13 and older. If you're a parent and think your kid has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we'll let you know by email or with a notice on the site. We're not going to suddenly start selling your data or anything like that — we're just covering our bases legally here.
If anything in this policy is confusing, or if you want to exercise your rights, just reach out.
