What to Include in Your Email

The more details you give us, the faster we can help. Here's what's useful:

  • If something's broken: What were you trying to do? What happened instead? Screenshots are super helpful.
  • If it's about billing: Include the email address on your account and rough date of the transaction.
  • If you have a feature idea: Tell us what problem you're trying to solve. We love hearing how people use the tool.
  • If you just want to say hi: That's cool too. We appreciate it.

Before You Email...

A few things that come up a lot:

"My edit didn't come out how I wanted"

Try being more specific in your prompt. Instead of "make it better," try "brighten the face and remove the shadow on the left side." The AI is pretty smart, but it's not a mind reader.

"Where did my credits go?"

Each edit uses 5 credits. You can check your balance in your account settings. If something looks off, email us with your account email and we'll look into it.

"Can I get a refund?"

Check out our refund policy. Short version: if something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

"Do you have an API?"

Not yet, but it's on our list. If you need one, email us — knowing there's demand helps us prioritize.
