We get it — sometimes things don't work out. Here's our approach to refunds, written like humans for humans.
If something went wrong on our end — the service was broken, your credits disappeared into thin air, or you got charged twice — we'll make it right. Email us, explain what happened, and we'll sort it out.
The service was down, an edit failed multiple times, or there was a bug that ate your credits. If it's our fault, we fix it.
Duplicate charges happen sometimes. Send us the transaction details and we'll refund the extra charge right away.
Payment went through but credits never showed up? That's on us. We'll either add the credits or refund your payment.
Just bought credits but realized you don't need them? If you haven't used any and it's been less than a week, reach out and we'll work something out.
We want to be upfront about this. There are some situations where we can't offer refunds:
Once you've run edits with your credits, those are gone. We can't get them back, so we can't refund them.
AI results vary based on your input. If an edit didn't come out how you hoped, try tweaking your prompt. That's part of the process, not a bug.
We offer free credits so you can try before you buy. If you purchased after trying and then changed your mind, we generally can't refund that.
If your account was suspended for violating our terms, remaining credits aren't refundable.
Pretty simple: email us at sparkppix@gmail.com with:
We'll get back to you within a day or two. If we approve the refund, it usually shows up in your account within 5-10 business days (depends on your bank).
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost us money and time, and they can take weeks to resolve. If there's a legitimate issue, we want to fix it fast — and emailing us is the fastest way. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may have to suspend your account.
The free credits everyone gets when signing up? Those have no cash value and can't be refunded (since you didn't pay for them). Same goes for any promotional credits we give out.
