The Short Version
- • Six things are off-limits: sexual content, graphic violence, hate, anything sexualizing minors, harmful deepfakes, and IP infringement.
- • The AI models we run apply automated safety filters, and every report is reviewed by a person.
- • See something that breaks these rules? Email sparkppix@gmail.com.
- • Breaking the rules can get content removed and accounts banned. Child-safety violations are reported to authorities.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you put into sparkpix.ai — prompts, uploaded images, and reference images — and to every image the service generates or edits for you, whether or not you are signed in.
Content Standards & Prohibited Categories
You may not use sparkpix.ai to create, edit, upload, or share content in any of the following six categories. These rules apply no matter how a request is worded — describing it as fiction, art, satire, or a test does not change what it is.
1. Sexual and NSFW content
sparkpix.ai is not an adult platform and does not verify ages, so sexual content is not allowed at all.
- • Nudity, sexually explicit imagery, or pornographic scenes
- • "Undressing" a photo, or editing anyone into revealing or sexualized clothing or poses
- • Sexual or fetish content dressed up as art, cosplay, or "fashion"
2. Violence and gore
No graphic or glorified violence.
- • Realistic gore, mutilation, serious injury, or dead bodies
- • Content that promotes, celebrates, or instructs violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- • Images that threaten, or depict harm to, a real, identifiable person
3. Hate speech and extremism
No content that attacks people for who they are.
- • Content that demeans or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease
- • Extremist propaganda, symbols, or imagery that glorifies hate groups
- • Harassment or bullying aimed at a specific person or group
4. Child safety (CSAM) — zero tolerance
Anything that sexualizes or endangers a minor is banned outright. We terminate the account on the first instance and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant law enforcement authority.
- • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real or AI-generated
- • Any sexual, suggestive, or revealing edit of a photo of a minor
- • Sexual content involving characters that appear to be minors, including "aged-up" or "youthful" framing
- • Content that grooms, exploits, or endangers children
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
Editing real people is a core use of the service — editing them to deceive or harm is not.
- • Intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent (non-consensual intimate imagery)
- • Placing a real person into scenes they did not take part in, in order to deceive, defame, or embarrass them
- • Fake evidence, fake news photos, or political imagery presented as real
- • Forged or altered identity documents — passports, ID cards, driver's licenses, visas, or similar
- • Impersonating a person, brand, or organization to mislead others
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
Only upload images you have the right to use.
- • Uploading or editing copyrighted photos or artwork you don't own or have a license for
- • Removing watermarks, signatures, or credits from someone else's work to pass it off as yours
- • Creating counterfeit logos, packaging, or branded goods
Also not allowed
- • Anything illegal where you live or where the content will be used
- • Prompts or tricks designed to get around the safety filters
- • Spam, scams, or fraud, and automated or bulk use meant to abuse free credits
- • Attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
How We Moderate Content
Moderation on sparkpix.ai works in layers:
- • Automated safety filters. The AI models we send requests to screen prompts and images and refuse requests that violate their safety policies. A refused request fails with a content-safety message instead of producing an image.
- • Generation records. Each generation is logged against the account or session that made it — the tool used, the prompt, and the result. This is what lets us investigate a report and trace content back to the person who created it.
- • Human review. Every report is read and decided by a person. We also review accounts whose requests are repeatedly blocked by the safety filters.
- • Enforcement. We can delete results from our storage, restrict or suspend accounts, and permanently block an account from signing in again.
Automated filters are not perfect, and some content will get past them. That never makes the content allowed — if it breaks this policy, we will act on it when we find it or when it is reported.
Severity levels
| Level | Examples | What we do |
|---|
| Severe | Child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery of a real person, terrorism | Permanent ban on first instance, content removed, reported to authorities |
| High | Other sexual content, forged documents, graphic violence, hate content | Content removed and account suspended or banned |
| Moderate | Misleading deepfakes, impersonation, IP infringement | Content removed, warning; repeat offenses lead to suspension |
| Minor | Borderline or first-time issues | Warning and content removed |
How to Report Content
Anyone can report content — you don't need an account. That includes people who appear in an image, rights holders, and parents or guardians.
Report by email
Email sparkppix@gmail.com with the subject line Content report, or use our contact page. Please include:
- • The image link (for example a cdn.sparkpix.ai URL) or a screenshot
- • Which rule you believe it breaks
- • If it is about you or your work: how it relates to you (for copyright, identify the original work)
For anything involving a child, put URGENT – child safety in the subject line. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police first.
What happens after you report
We confirm we received your report, review it, take action, and let you know the outcome. We keep the reporter's identity confidential and never share it with the reported user. Reports made in bad faith to harass someone are themselves a violation of this policy.
| Report type | Response time |
|---|
| Child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery | Reviewed and acted on within 24 hours |
| All other reports | Reviewed within 3 business days |
Enforcement
Depending on how serious the violation is and whether it has happened before, we may:
- • Remove the content from our storage
- • Send a warning
- • Restrict access to some tools
- • Suspend the account
- • Permanently ban the account and block it from signing in again
- • Report the content and account to law enforcement or NCMEC, and cooperate with any investigation
Accounts suspended or banned for violating this policy are not entitled to a refund of unused credits, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, reply to our notice or email sparkppix@gmail.com with the subject line Appeal within 30 days. Tell us why you think the decision was wrong. A person will take a fresh look and reply within 10 business days. Bans for child-safety violations are final.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy as the product and the law change. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and for significant changes we'll give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use sparkpix.ai after an update means you accept the new version.
Reports, appeals, and questions about this policy all go to the same inbox, read by a real person.
